Absima's 'first step performance' range continues to expand with this, the Sprint Monster truck. This compact 1/16 scale truck measures just 270mm in length. It's 45mm ground clearance makes it ideal for driving indoors, on the driveway or in a garden.
Aimed at first time RC buyers, the set is ready-to-run, requiring just 3x AA batteries to power the included 2.4Ghz transmitter. You can expect around 12minutes runtime from the compact 500mAh battery (spares available) which will take around an hour to charge with the included USB adapter.
It is shipped with a new style partly-clear bodyshell with protective film and includes spare body clips. This model also includes two powered (but decorative) led headlights in the front bumper! Whilst this model is IPX4 rated (featuring water resistant electronics) we advise against getting it wet.
Bought this truck for my 1st RC truck and I love it! It’s very robust easy to use only thing is battery only lasts 10-15mins so would definitely suggest buying a couple of spares. But the truck in general is quality 👌
Decided to get a lower end car to start off but it is definitely worth the price. Has great build strength and surprisingly fast. The battery has a decent life of about 10-15 minutes depending on how hard you run it.
