Here at RC Geeks we like to ensure we are offering the best shopping experience and prices for our customers. We have a team dedicated to making sure our website is as good as it can be, with up-to-date, fair pricing. If you have seen a product we stock cheaper elsewhere and it matches the below conditions, please get in contact.

How to request a price match

To request a price match, please contact us. Our customer service team will review this and should your price match be approved, will get back in touch via email.

Price match conditions

• We’ll match the prices of any products (not delivery, installation charges, product protection plans or other services) offered on identical terms and where we can check the price and stock position.
• The competitor must be UK based and within our approved price match list.
• The competitor must sell stock directly to the customer.
• Both us and the competitor must have the product in stock and ready for delivery.
• The product cannot be part of a sale or clearance.
• We do not match competitor’s ink prices, trade, membership discount, personal vouchers & 3rd party market place seller.
• The competitor’s product must be displayed online where its price and stock status can be verified.
• Products cannot be price matched against instore prices. This is online only.
• We cannot match Auctions (such as eBay) or Marketplaces.
• If you have purchased an item at full price and notice this is discounted on a competitor’s website after purchase sadly, we will not be able to refund and price match your product.
