We've mixed and mashed the classic Autosport design of the original E30 M3 with high-revving, sideways-going drift action! This Sport 3 Drift features the ultra-cool BMW M3 complete with extra-wide wheel arches, front air dam and a big street-style rear wing! The car is also fitted with replica Work Emotion XC8 wheels wrapped with officially licensed Toyo Proxxes tires for awesome scale realism, so it's ready to hit the drift scene right out of the box!

BMW E30 M3: The ultimate retro sports car!

Debuting in 1985 at the illustrious Frankfurt Motor Show, the "M" version of the roadgoing E30 was produced primarily in a coupe (2-door) body style, with a very limited number available as cabriolet convertibles. The body was extensively remade for the M3 version - most famously the extra-wide, boxy wheel arches front and rear, but with lightened and raised rear bodywork, refined windscreen and other improvements only a few pieces of the original body - doors, engine hood, and roof - remained unchanged from the original production car. With "only" 200 horsepower from its modified inline 4-cylinder engine, and uprated brakes to match, the 2-door coupe destined for executives was transformed into a circuit-smashing beast.

Today, the BMW M3 is still considered the most successful Group A and German Touring Car Championship (DTM) touring car ever unleased. It's taken countless wins at the 24 Hours Nürburgring, the 24 Hours of Spa, Belgium, the DTM, and even as a rally car! And now, it's available as a fantastic Japan-inspired drift machine, ready for your command!

The BMW E30 M3 is fitted with Work Emotion XC8 wheels, which provide a super-cool 'retro mod' look that is in between classic multi-spoke designs and a flowing organic style that looks bold and minimal at the same time - aggressive and functional, perfect for an updated 90s car look. Work wheels are extensively used by various motorsports teams in GT300, GT500, Formula 3, and the N1 endurance racing series. On the street, they are used on everything ranging from million-dollar McLaren F1 race cars to Spoon Sports Honda Civics.

Completing the drift package are official replicas of full-size Toyo Proxxes R1R high-spec performance tires, moulded in a super-stiff, hard plastic that is perfect for scale drifting and really looks the part! These low-profile drift-specific tires are made for high-performance, realistic RC drift action! HPI drift tires are the ideal way to get drifting quickly and easily. The replica tread pattern looks fantastic, and only gets better with age as the tires wear down, just like the real thing!

ALL-NEW TF-50 & RF-50 Radio Set

The Sport 3 is easy to drive with the included steering wheel controller! The TF-50 2.4Ghz FHSS transmitter debuted in HPI Racing kits in 2022 and features a drop-down foam-covered steering wheel which can be swapped for left-handed drivers, rubber grips and bumpers, digital on-off switch, magnetic body clip attachment, audible battery warning, plus servo reverse, end point adjustment, trim and dual rate adjustments. Working in perfect harmony with the TF-50 is the new RF-50 receiver, which features a fully silicone-sealed circuit board and built-in failsafe system!

Yes — many of our RC cars are Ready-To-Run (RTR) and designed to be beginner-friendly. Just charge the battery, install the AA batteries in the remote, and you're good to go.

No assembly required! Our RTR kits include the car, remote, battery, and charger unless otherwise stated.

Most of our RC cars are suitable for ages 8 and up, depending on the model. Simpler models with lower speeds are great for kids, while high-speed or brushless models are better for teens and adults.

With adult supervision this can be stretched younger, but we'd always recommend parents consider all factors such as their childs ability and safety.

Absolutely. We sell spares for nearly all models, check the product page for information on compatible batteries. Some entry-level models have an integrated battery that cannot be changed.

To avoid damaging the battery, never fully discharge it and always disconnect it from the RC car when not in use. Leaving it connected can slowly drain the battery below safe levels.

Most of our items take between 45 mins to 2 hours to charge, but it varies on the size of the battery and speed of the charger.

Usually brushed models can reach of speed between 10-20mph, where-as brushless often range between 25mph-50mph.

Brushed motors are great for beginners — they’re affordable and simple. Brushless motors are more powerful, efficient, and offer better speed and durability, making them ideal for experienced users.
