Ready to run right out of the box, the Tracer Truggy comes with a 390 brushed motor and a 700mAh 2S Li-Ion battery, providing fast-paced performance. It features a speed switch for beginners to control speed, coil-sprung shock absorbers for smooth handling, and front LED bumper lights for night time driving.

The FTX Tracer Truggy is great for ages 8 and up, making it perfect for both beginners and experienced RC drivers. Whether you're jumping, bashing, or racing, this truggy offers a super fun experience.

Yes — many of our RC cars are Ready-To-Run (RTR) and designed to be beginner-friendly. Just charge the battery, install the AA batteries in the remote, and you're good to go.

No assembly required! Our RTR kits include the car, remote, battery, and charger unless otherwise stated.

Most of our RC cars are suitable for ages 8 and up, depending on the model. Simpler models with lower speeds are great for kids, while high-speed or brushless models are better for teens and adults.

With adult supervision this can be stretched younger, but we'd always recommend parents consider all factors such as their childs ability and safety.

Absolutely. We sell spares for nearly all models, check the product page for information on compatible batteries. Some entry-level models have an integrated battery that cannot be changed.

It depends on the model. Most of our cars are splash-proof and can get slightly wet. Others are water-proof and can be driven through puddles etc.
